I found this in a related video section, it's an animated version of the duel, it's ...well...something. doodthing;

I just watched the phantom menace duel again, rather impressive how accurate it is compared to the movie.

That's Obi-Wan, Anakin is a child in the events of the movie.

And yes, it(he) did really break apart like that, the animation is actually spot on accurate with the sword play from the actual movie.
