This was brought up before by Reaper and was never acted upon, or if it was it must still be in development, and there was talk of boyah card packs being bought at the shop and such.
It was a pretty decent idea and reminded me of that one Nsider card game that was rather popular on Power On.

I recall JMV actually attempting to make Boyah cards to purchase in the shop, but as far as I can tell he gave up on the idea.
