The Wii lacks good 3rd party games. The PS3 lacks games. The 360's life rate is pretty http://starcraft2.com/, though my 360 never broke down in the past 6 months that I've owned it. I don't know if they fixed the problems in the models from 2006's holiday season.
I meant physical problems, like it wouldn't run or would get an error.

Then the 360 has the most. Disc read errors, over heating, etc. I've only had 2 different problems for my 360. One was a disc read error from a game I borrowed from a friend (though when I actually bought the game it worked) and it froze around 3 times for me. Nothing major.

In terms of it winning for a slight loss, then making up for it with other sales?

PS3- the fucktardsof Sony decided to put a blu-ray player that made it less affordable. If they would have just ignored blu-ray it would be like $350-400.

Wii- All games suck ass. It's too boring.

360- Best console so far, but it still has bugs  kratos;

Yeah, they would have sold more units if they did. And besides, not many people own an HD-TV.

...You're an idiot.

How would they sell more units? They're using the exact same technology from the last gen in terms of the media format, so using something like a Cell processor would be useless. You can't put as much data on the disc, and if they used SD like you're insinuating, such a powerful processor would serve no purpose. Also, the Wii doesn't offer support for HD, and look how shitty that god damn system is; and that's coming from a person that has pretty much worshipped Nintendo since birth.

Just because a lot of people don't have it, it doesn't mean they shouldn't offer support for it. HD will become a standard during this gen, and having HD support will really benefit these consoles in the long run. When everyone does have an HDTV (and most people in America do have one), they'll want goodies and gadgets that support it. Not something that doesn't take advantage of it.

A system shouldn't be released if it offers nothing new. If the PS3 was released with just a DVD drive, it still would've just been a PS2. Why exactly would it sell more if it's the same thing?

Whatever, all I'm saying is that they shouldn't have made it so god damn expensive.

I like the Xbox 360 and all, but it needs more variety in the games, not just shooters, racers, shooters, shooters, and other shooters. Needs more platformers and what not, such as Ratchet and Clank.

The PS3 will probably start doing better once more games come out. Hopefully by then most people won't have bought 360s and Wii's and given up on Sony. That's kinda what I did once I saw how awesome Gears of War was  y;

As for the Wii, I'm not too sure what will happen to it. It could go both ways where the large amount of sales continue for a while, or eventually the sales will start to slow down a lot once all the old people/others have all bought their Wii's.

Well, be pleased that many indie gamers are looking at the system for platformers.

Microsoft and Nintendo both have programs to get indie gamers' games working for them.
