A shower or a bath?

I actually like both about equally, showers make me more alert, and Baths are ooooohhh so soothing.

I haven't taken a bath in such a long time...about 9-11 years?

I find baths disgusting because I can see my own hair floating and keep thinking "i is in my own filths".
