1) How did the court even allow that case to be held?

2) Why did the court rule in favor of the girl?  Don't they realize she'll continue stretching the limits until she can do whatever she wants?

3) More importantly, how was the father's punishment to the girl considered "too severe"?  She's not even a teenager; she doesn't even know about the good field trips.  What's worse is that her interwebs transgression is just one of the many rules she had recently broke...
