As for the sig, re do everything.  The render looks like you handrew it (Which isn't bad, but it has a bad quality), then the BG is bland.  lastly, the text need to be touched up.

Aside from that, it all looks pretty good. Not overly complex, but not bland too either. I'd give it about an 8.5.
