NOTICE: You guys need Pixel Shader 1.1+ supported by your graphics card. The game doesn't seem to work at all without it.

To find this out on Windows XP (and probably Vista), do this:
Start > Run > type in "dxdiag" without quotations > click on "Display"
Then post your driver information, and we might be able to figure it out from there. It also gives you a warning when you start up the game.
