i had some on my arm and i went to scratch my balls but somehow a little bit transfered and now my balls are on fire.

A few years ago at this camp I used to go to, there were a couple kids that put icy hot or ben gay on their balls. It was hilarious. They did it because a few of the older kids told them that it would stop the itch.
