It causes problems with PMs, and in case you didn't realize I'm an administrator so I need to get PMs sent to me.   He was banned for it twice.  There is a rule specifically against doing such in the rules thread.  Bassir warned him too.  He had plenty of warning, he deserved the ban.

I warned him over aim to change it, he refused.  I warned him again with the threat of a ban.  He still refused so I banned him.  Within 10 minutes of his ban ending he returned and did it again, so I banned him and temporarily removed his shop access and told him the next time is a perma. Bassir told him to stop exploiting parts of the shop.  He did it.  I don't care if it's Tomboh being Tomboh.  He's a fucking moron, and we don't need that.  Maybe if I feel like changing my mind in a few weeks I'll unban him, but as far as I'm concerned, at this moment, he's not getting unbanned any time soon.
