The thread was originally about how I thought Nintentude reported my PM, while still joining.  He didn't report me and I then realized it was NOA who read my PMs. 

Complaining that you were banned for something that you were told wasn't against the rules isn't whining.   Complaining that your Private Messages were read without any apparent provocation isn't whining.   

If I was sending advertisements out to random users or sending out PMs such as, "FUCK YOU NIGGER" the ban would be perfectly justified.  Unfortunately this is not the case.   I was told by Bronsen that in this scenario it would not be advertising since the invitation wasn't informal(I also recall some one, who I belive was Nintendude, asking for a link to Boyah in a thread).  In fact, Nintendude and I are friends.  According to what Bronsen told me I was breaking no rules.  Knights of Hyrule are to uphold the rules.  A user isn't responsible for something if they are told by the people who enforce the rules that something is allowed.
