When I stand up I feel and hear a really loud pulsing in my right ear, I can hear it slightly and I sit up and even less when I'm lying down.  It started late yesterday, what the hell is the problem?  :(

Did you get water deep in there recently?

Regardless, it's probably an ear infection. Get some ear drops to remove water and put them in quick. Ear infections hurt like a bitch.
