If this holds true, let k=o+1
[1+7+22+...+f(2o)]+f(2o+2)=f(2o-1)+o2+f(2o+2)
f(2o-1)+o2+f(2o+2)=f(2o-1)+o2+f(2o+2)
Condition II may hold, I dunno if I did that step right.
