110% positive, the PRC can't hold a candle to the US Military, nor can anyone else for that matter.

Also, CVN-72 (U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln) is based in the Pacific Fleet home-ported in Washington. And it would be the biggest ship in any fleet seeing as how the Nimitz class super-carriers are the largest warships ever built.
