Ever have a song, or cd that makes you think of something specific?

When I first gave Maroon 5's first album a try, and at the time I was playing Megaman Battle Network and whenever I hear a song from their first cd, I think of playing that game.

lol i know that might sound stupid but hey fuck you

Have you ever had this happen?

And fuck you, I like Maroon 5.  baddood;

Listening to the Beach Boys makes me think of the beach for some reason.

V

Listening to Eminem makes me think of M&Ms. For some odd, strange reason.

It's because he's coated with candy on the outside but chocolate on the inside.

Listening to Guns N' Roses reminds me of guns and roses for some reason.
I support BUSH

Snorkel

The World Has Turned And Left Me Here by Weezer reminds me very, very strongly of when I went to Japan.

That's all I can think of, but I know there's a lot of other ones, half of them Weezer for some reason

Samus Aran

trying to listen to Ween reminds me of wandering through a giant forest of needles with only a very few select safe havens that don't make you bleed all over

One Man Freak Show

Soulja Boy reminds me how horrid most of today's music is.

Selkie

That actually happens with basically all music. When I listen to a specific CD or songs a lot during a period of time, when I listen in the future that song/CD reminds me of that time period. It's great actually.

That's actually one of the things I love most about music. It's like a catalog of memories.

The artist formally known

Riders on the Storm of rain but... thats because the intro is rain.

Listening to Ween reminds me of jumping into a swimming pool on a really hot and then finding out it's filled with jello instead of water.

Sort of. What I'm trying to say is that Ween is simultaneously awesome and completely inappropriate, in a good way.

come to think of it, a lotta songs from appetite from destruction reminds me being younger, because songs from that got me into rock n' roll musics.
