how do you teach an 18 year old to ride a bike?

my friend whose 18 never learned how to ride a bike.

i can't imagine how to help her learn. any suggestions?

But thats really after training wheels. I have a bike with like 2 inch wide tires, she can easily drive that thing. It's not really learning to balance, it's learning to trust the bike.

When I was a kid my training wheels would always fall off while I was riding, and then I'd just go in a circle for like a second and crash.  edumacate;

I never had to learn. I just saw other people do it, so I just got on and did it.

Since she's 18 it won't be very difficult for her to pick it up.
She just has to build confidence in riding a bike and it will come pretty easy
