Almost every time I turn my laptop on

The fan is now incredibly loud and sounds more like a weedeater than a fan. 

Also, the pitch seems to steadily increase if I let it keep going...all I can really do to stop it is keep turning the computer off and turning it back on until it stops.

What the fuck is wrong?

I think JMV is right, either that or there might be an excess of dust inside.

There's no way to get to the fan without taking the entire bottom casing off. 

Also, I tried dusting it off with an air duster through the vent right onto the fan without taking it apart, and that had no effect.
