Selkie

I was listening to In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, and the verse at the end when he says "Can't believe how strange it is to be anything at all"

It really hit me, that basically explained what I simply couldn't for the longest time.

Every so often I get this feeling or idea of how incredibly bizarre, or maybe not bizarre, but so interesting it is to simply be existent and conscious of this life.

Anyone else get this feeling?

It's pretty cool when it lasts. Which is usually just a few seconds.

I listened to that song when i was high and my life has been different ever since.

It's an incredible song. And I've never even listened to it high

I could see the whole album being a great experience while high, but I don't want to get involved with drugs, even just for that.

I don't really like that feeling. It gets me paranoid for some reason.

I thought this was about something sexual, what a disappointment.

I was disappointed Selkie did not send me on a memory triggered mental orgasm via soothing, pervasive and sensual words.

C.Mongler

oh god that is totally one of my favorite albums

Sometimes I feel, just for a fleeting moment, that I'm the only actual person alive, and all the rest of you are...nonexistant, for lack of a better word. I think I sometimes get this feeling because I only know what I think, but I try to think about what other people think.

yes many many many times, even as a child

its all i thought about when i was about 13 or 14. i never believed in an actual god or anything, just believed that it was weird that people existed on this planet for no known reason.

Norwegian Lesbians

It's a break from reality.
Everyone has it but handles it differently.
I usually question if what's happening is real or if its a dream, or if I'm not a figment of something.
