I like mathematical theory books however I am no mathematician; do you have any recommendations for cool maths reading that's not too intense or technical? I just read Zero: History of a Dangerous Idea and another book about Information Theory by Charles Seife, they were good but very much dumbed down (too much) and didn't really delve too deeply into their subject matters.
uh not many off the top of my head given that i prefer the technical books but uh the man who knew infinity, which is about ramanujan, is nontechnical but it's really more of a biography than anything and doesn't really explain much of what he actually did maths-wise
oh, prime obsession might be good for you, though
it's about the riemann hypothesis and it's not very technical at all but it does do a decent job of explaining the basic concepts

Yes, war and military history, about 8 books or so, I'll try to find them all.

They have been either thrown out or misplaced by my idiotic birth female, the only one left is the Art of War which I keep in my military shrine located in a trap door in my closet. I'm devastated.
