It's just a bastardization of the word.

They're the same word, it just means something different depending on who says it and in the context of which they said it.

I get two definitions from the word "nigga". One is like a friend and the other is just calling someone nigga no matter what race. While "Nigger" is used to put down black people. My opinion about it Probably sounds confusing because I'm listening to music and it distracts me.  caterpie;
