When I view pages my ratio keeps fluctuating between

Uploaded: 601.42 MB
Downloaded: 355.82 MB
Ratio: 1.69 (Updated once a day)

and

Uploaded: 68.15 MB
Downloaded: 355.82 MB
Ratio: 0.19 (Updated once a day)
