How do you act around members of the opposite sex?

I usually am pretty quiet, unless I already know the girl from a class or something. I'm not good at meeting people for the first time and being like sup  , I usually try to meet people who have the same friends as me, so it's not quite as awkerd. If I already know the girl, she knows how I act, so I usually talk about video games or something because I'm not a nerd at school at all, it's just fun to act like it around people who know that you aren't one... If that makes sense. All in all, I'm really quiet unless I already know the person, or have a really good common interest with them. If that is the case, I'm generally pretty outgoing.

It doesn't really matter what gender they are, it's how well I know the person. However, it is easier for me to talk to other girls.
