I don't. I know it's supposedly better for your typing speed if you use the right shift key when you need to shift letters that you type with your left hand or something like that, I guess it's just bad habit.

Kalahari Inkantation

I don't use either of them unless I'm typing a special character. I use caps for capitals. befuddlement

Samus Aran

I never do. Always the left shift key for me.

I actually just realized there was a right shift key.  befuddlement

I never touch the left shift key. I just use the right one.

Snorkel

I could never, ever get used to using the left shift key. I use the right one exclusively, due in part to my abnormal and in my opinion more efficient way of typing, I surmise.

I use the left shift key when I need to capitalize something on the right.  I use the right when I need to capitalize on the left.

Why would you do that? That makes no sense.

Try making a capital A with your left hand and keeping your fingers in the correct position.

Why would you need to keep your fingers in one static position? I see no reason not to occasionally shift your hand just a little left or right.
