lol, no it isn't. It's pretty weak in the rankings of dark pokemon. Now Minun, there goes the greatest pokemon.

Of course it's weak. I didn't say it was the strongest or had the best stats or anything like that. I just love Umbreon because it looks so awesome and it's adorable at the same time.

I loved it so much I even sacrificed a spot for a better Pokemon in my team on Gold version to fit it in. If it could actually learn Crunch, it'd be a way better Pokemon.

No, I don't think there was a TM for it. So Umbreon's strongest dark move was Faint Attack. :'(
