oh my god I reached sleep paralysis the other night

I have been trying to WILD and then the other night, I listened to some music for 20 minutes, then stopped and just laid there, not even trying to WILD all of a sudden my legs feel extremely heavy, then my arms and torso begin to vibrate uncontrollably, as if I am being electrocuted but it doesn't hurt, and I hear a really loud staticky noise in my ears.

It was awesome 

Sadly I fell asleep eventually, and never entered a lucid dream.
