Shitty levels/missions that completely destroy otherwise great games.

Level 4 in Sinistron. You have to navigate an asteroid field with your hugeass ship, and half of the asteroids shoot at you.  Okay, this is difficult but it's okay in the first half even though they can take an assload of hits. When you get to the second half of the level, shooting at an asteroid will send it flying in your direction. The worst part is these asteroids can take about twice as many hits as a normal asteroid, making it impossible to get through. Also, you have like some yellow jaws on your ship that are invincible to everything (but if you open them or if something  moves in on them a certain distance it can touch your innards and kill you), and if you open these up to get a wider shot, your jaws might touch an asteroid and it'll get pulled over to you and crash. You also have some sort of charge up shot that'll unleash a small ring of fury around your ship, but some asteroids can take more damage than others so you can destroy one in front of you but one you just passed and is pretty much entirely off screen will come crashing into your ship. The game would've been perfect aside from this and I just can't possibly beat it. If it wasn't for the attraction of these rocks to my ship, it'd be bearable and they could even double the number of asteroids.

Also, the racing missions in GTA San Andreas piss me off. It always feels like you're dricing on ice, and missions that are like "DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN BUT WITHOUT DAMAGING YOU CAR" really pissed me off. The ones where you had to pilot those toy planes or whatever are the absolute worst and I didn't even finish the last one and it's the only mission I didn't complete.

Also, any sort of "take this useless, dumbass character to some place without them get kidnapped, raped, and eaten."

Maybe it's just me, but I found nothing annoying or difficult about Tales of Symphonia.

LITTLE FUCKING SISTER ESCORT CRAP IN BIOSHOCK

Main reason why I'm too lazy to play the game on hard mode.

I actually forgot to name that. caterpie;

I switched the game into easy mode just to get through that horrid segment. Once I got past it, I put it in normal.

Is there a penalty for them getting killed? Like 5 of them got killed for me and I was on normal, and nothnig happened besides that one bitch going "noooooooooo"

I'm surprised I'm the first here to say the Triforce shard collecting in Wind Waker.

Also my suggestion is any parts of Gears of War where you are forced to split up. Especially if you are playing Co-op.

I didn't need that.

I actually found a couple through normal gameplay and got the rest later on
