Considering that an adult generally has a greater sense of logic than an 8 year old, and IQ tests involve logic an adult could get a higher score, even though it doesn't "change".

The human brain and human logic is not fully developed until after 15 years of age, there are several stages, I'm too lazy to open my psychology book and list the details. Also, while IQ may not change drastically that does not mean age does not matter especially since we're talking about children here.

yes a litte, but that's why they ask your age before you take them, so they can compensate for this. the tests just arent accurate enough because its a set ratio for age:questions answered correct:time or w/e. they cant possibly find a way to figure out when each test participant starts to bloom logically. so your iq is generally the same aside from the environmental factors of growing up, such as nutrition.
