You can get laid just as fine even if you're not 18. If anything 18 inhibits your ability to get laid given the legal BS. And I'm pretty sure you can't gamble until you're 21. Also, you get to register for the SSS and Vote.

Well yeah, of course I was referring to the lack of legal consequences, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it.

We can gamble here in Minnesota at 18, and you can in Nevada as well, so all Reaper would need to do if he really wanted to gamble was drive to Nevada...if you can't in California at 18, that is.

They must be Indian Casinos in Minnesota the one's at AC have a 21 requirement. As for Nevada, pretty much anything goes there, they almost have their own standards, even prostitution is legal in Nevada.

I really don't know if it varies by state or by casino. Sure, they're privately owned, and I guess they might be able to set age limits, but I think state variation is more likely.
