You're not getting it. I DIDN'T ORDER A FUCKING CLASSIC.

This is what I think happened. They don't make the Ipod Video anymore, so they upgraded it for free. Which isn't bad, I just can't run it on my computer, like I could with the old one.

I have no idea, this is the first Ipod to need either of those to my knowledge. Right when I plug it in, it says error, you need OSX 10.4.9 to run Ipod, "Ipod"

Also, you can still order refurbished models of the iPod Video from Apple itself, so I can see his rewards card offering one too.

I'm pretty sure he'd realized whether or not he's ordering an iPod Video or an iPod Classic.

That doesn't even make sense.

I'd understand it not running on OS9, but anything in 10 should be fine.
