If it just plain didn't work, it wouldn't be advertised on TV, and it wouldn't get FDA approval.

It's not that they don't work...they just don't work much, if any, better than any other weight-loss supplements.

It's still best to lose weight the old fashioned way. Diet and exercise.

I hate people that think taking diet pills alone will lead them to dropping 50 pounds in a week. If you don't eat healthy and exercise, it won't do jack shit. If you exercise and eat healthy, why would you need diet pills? They're useless and only used to take money from gullible fools.
