I used to use my wavebird but switched to Wiimote + Nunchuck 

I like it better, and I think my wavebird was being gay since it was so old and the analog stick wasn't responding.

You don't need a wavebird to do it. I have one Wavebird that works, one that's broken. Did fine with four people in one room. I might buy anudda, though.

I don't know. I didn't bother looking at the price, since I was just walking around and was like "Oh look a wavebird....".
