the insane electronic drums is what makes me like Apex Twin.

sorry
Well yea me too, but the repetitive kick snare pattern of house music turns a lot of people away.
I'm a fan of glitch drums.

No offense to her but she kinda doesn't know crap about shit

Samus Aran

That Sasha song is awesome.  doodella;

The Air one not so much. It's okay though.

The one you just posted is kinda boring, but not bad.

Whats that? Example?

I listen to metal and usually like a band a shit load if they have amazing drums.
I don't play drums but I like to pretend that I do when I drive.

Well there's a sub-genre called glitch hop, which is hip hop when the pattern/drums stutter. I love it. Anyways I guess I was trying to broaden the term when Aphex Twin starts a drum sample over to make it sound like it glitches, that's what I meant. Like in the begining of this video.

I'm not into trance much, but I go in and out of phases where I listen to a lot of acid jazz/trip-hop/chillout stuff... Zero 7, AIR, Thievery Corporation, bands like that.

Walter

Brian Eno ftw. Not really trance, but he has some ambient stuff which falls into the category of electronic and not-dance.

Brian Eno is amazing, I'm trying to find that collab he did with David Byrne.

Also Kaz, you might like some stuff by Recoil. Recoil is Alan Wilder from Depeche Mode.
