My first dog was a female and was stray. We named her Betsy. We found her wandering up from the woods, and a few days later, she gave birth to 8 puppies. I named them all, Sparky, Darky, Curlygirly, and I can't remember the rest. We kept Sparky and Darky and sold the rest. Somewhere along the line, Betsy got ran over. We moved, and shortly after, Darky ran away. Sparky also got ran over, and it was the only time I cried over a family loss.

We got a Jack Russel. Named it Skip. He died of Parvo.

Got another dog, named it Scamp. Got ran over.

Got another from the same litter as Scamp, and named her Maggie. She is still alive today. She also looks very similar to Sparky.
