"They distract me when I'm doing schoolwork"

My high school buddy broke up with his girlfriend (whom I've seen, and she's pretty hot) because she apparently distracts him.

Now please, answer me this, is there any point in breaking up with her?  I mean you do still have the same classes with her, he'd still probably "get distracted"
