How good is it? Is it worth the price? Does anyone here have one? If so, what problems have you encountered with it? Are they big enough problems to not get one?

Because I was thinking of buying one.  doodella;

Mine works fine.  The only problem I have is that it sometimes lags on coverflow.

you also can't scroll with gloves on.

coverflow is dumb anyways

It's cool to look at maybe like once or twice but other than that coverflow is useless to me.

If you're looking for a specific album it's useful.  I normally keep it on the artist one and just listen by artist.

doesn't the album category do that, too doodthing;

anyways i only have a nano 3g but uh yeah other than it being somewhat laggy at times, the only other problem i have with it is that the screen scratches very easily and that's bad :'(
but i'm not sure if that's also true on the classic or not

Feynman

It's just an iPod with an abnormally large capacity. And it's fat. Perfect if you just want a traditional iPod and have a shitload of music and videos.

Daphnia

The click wheel is inferior to 3rd gen scroll wheel + separate buttons above.

LINK2K9

The click wheel is a bit wonky, but overall it's a good piece of hardware. I'd say it's worth $250.

lol lara lol

Title27GT

Definitely a good value. I picked it over the touch for the superior memory and so far that was a really good decision when you're like me and you rip a ton of DVDs onto it
