Only $500?

Thats really not even close to being that bad at all. Not worth it but $500 for that?

Now the 113 key version is like $1,500. Now thats just way too much.

Why is it $500?   befuddlement

Are OLED backlights that much different from LED backlights?
I've seen plenty of LED keyboards for ~$70

In the LED keyboards, it's just a backlight. In the Optimus, the OLED screens ARE the keys, so you can change to DVORAK, FPS controls, ect.
