Have any of the Phantasy Star games been released on the VC yet?

I want to get Phantasy Star for the SMS but they're always too expensive.

I had it on my computer about 5 or 6 years ago but Windows ME is retarded and everything was lost.

Buy the sega genesis collection on ps2.
You get PS 4, 5, and 6 (I think, there might be others).

Unless Phantasy Star is a series of arcade games, which it most certainly is not, it's shameful to buy one of those compilations of excellent titles.
