We haven't had any new banners in a while, and no one seems to be making them.   I decided to add some incentive.  Make banners, and if your banner gets used you get 500 luts.  Three banners(the best 3) will get 2000 luts each.

Before anyone asks, the size of your submitted banner should be 760x100 pixels.
