Neglecting his little trading of child porn through the PM system a few months ago which would have warranted a deletion there are other reasons to.

His constant harassment of users is another reason for the ban.  Take a look at the rules and you'll see that banning him was completely in line.  We're not even required to give a reason to ban but this case had a reason.
