Actually, real estate anywhere in CA is a bit high.


You can get a nice cheap shack on the side of the highway in places like Alabama though ;)

Maybe if you wanted to live in/visit Ni'ihau, but Hawai'i would basically be full of tourists.

Thats what the typical unhappy tourist says.  Hawaii is just racist, and crowded, and they have horrible schools, and no good stores from the mainland.

The tourist trap is only in Waikeke and the beaches along there.

Well yes, of course it's crowded, and I know there's not much there for stores and stuff unless you're in a tourist trap area.

And yes, Waikeke is the absolute worst for tourists.
