I was wondering on what cracks and keygens actually do to your computer if they don't work and after doing a little Googling I found a YouTube video. I wonder if this will ever happen to me. I tried this out using that program "Process Monitor" and I ran a crack and nothing suspicious was created or touched. Whew.

Anyway, do you have Firewall on your computer?

Nope, no need for a firewall. Unless it's something I absolutely need, like Photoshop, then I won't even waste my time trying to find a serial for it. If I can't find a serial for it, then I'm going going to bother using a utility that cracks it. I just go on without it.
