I had a dream that I had a lucid dream

It's the closest I have ever come to having a lucid dream...

In the dream I was dreaming, then this white square screen appeared in my vision and and apparently that was what made me realize I was dreaming and I was like "oh shit yay!"

Then, I was like, just stuck there, in front of the white screen....I could like move around but I couldn't really go anywhere else...

Then I woke up in the dream, then woke up in real life.


Damn Waking Life really screwed me up...



But anyway, they say to have a lucid dream you need to see something in your dream that would be recognizably different than real life, like a clock, but the thing is, if I am not controlling my dream, I can't eve do that.

Also, I have had dreams where I was like "this is a dream" and did some weird little shit thing like grab a girl's ass, but the thing is I can't tell if it was truly lucid, of if that was just part of the non-lucid dream.
