It's really hard to pick one, because they all excel in different aspects in my opinion, but if forced I'd go with Paulie.

I think Ringo sucks at the drums but is a great songwriter, go figure 

How can you judge his songwriting output from like the three fucking songs he wrote with The Beatles (Note: with The Beatles, because John, Paul, and George helped him finish at least 2/3 of the songs)?

I actually saw a VH1 Storytellers thing with Ringo and I was pretty surprised. I thought it was going to be pretty cheesy or something, and it was to an extent, but it wasn't too bad.
