It's never hapened wile I was playing a game, but the last time I had diarreah it happened while I was asleep and while I was lying in my bed. gonk;

But I was once incredibly sick and was vomiting at the toilet, and the force was so great that feces spurted out of my anus. And another time when I sneezed a bit squirt out, but thankfully I was home.
