The only animes I ever watched were FMA, Death Note, Lucky Star, FLCL,  and all of the Miyazaki movies. And Grave of the Fireflies.. that movie's so sad.

It's not that I don't want to watch anime, it's just that I'm lazy. I've only been to Connecticon once and Video games Live once, which was kind of con-ish.

I cosplay because it's fun to pretend you're someone you're not and I love the attention. And I like to sew. And it's not so much that I don't like being in big crowds, as I don't like being stuffed in a room made for 100 people stuffed with 500 people, 200 of which are obese, sweaty, and smell bad.

And don't even tell me that's a stereotype, because I lived it.

VGL's awesome, and it's not that difficult to sit through a 20-30 minute animation, especially if it's interesting, I can go through nearly 90 episodes in 24 hours. Damn, read the manga then. I can seriously read at least 200 chapters if I went without eating or drinking. You seem to be able to travel abroad so get your ass to San Diego for the Anime Expo for a real experience.

Sewing cool, I guess. And pretending is nice, since it's everyday of my life. Big crowds do suck, so that's why you sit around outside and wait to get your picture taken, cosplayer, or you go in and get some feebies or some shit and go back outside. You never just sit in there for the entire day. shit, go check out the card players or some shit. Some Magic of the Gathering match should be a quick fun distraction.

Connecticon is very small, and I can assure I've been in ever single section of that place, and to at least half of the workshops for the 40-50 hours I was there. There was no free swag. Unless you count my picture with Vic Mignogna. I love that man more than anything. <3 ...but he didn't want to marry me, regretably.
