Okay, so I'm thinking we should at least drop a few local mods, starting obviously with Zidone, considering he hasn't been here since the beginning of November.

I say we just get rid of the sleep/dream board. There wasn't really a need for it anyway, we could just talk about those things in General Discussion.

also, I agree with de-modding V. He's awesome and all but he's too inactive.

Zidone told me he planned on returning after Christmas, but I haven't seen him.

"Re-adminning yourself" just takes a really easy modification to a table in the database and isn't even worth mentioning. It's not some tedious dirty job that takes hours to pull off like "hacking" or whatever you hip youngsters call it.

Instead of that excuse, just mention the knowledge of the login information for the site's control panel because anyone with that information pretty much has full "admin" powers.

Obviously the Admins aren't going anywhere; like Kaz said I'm the least active and probably the least involved in actual forum goings-on...

Frankly this forum isn't really big/active enough to merit a full staff of mods, and if you tried to actually moderate this place its purpose would be defeated and it would be shitty. We always say we're going to start deleting the stupid chatty posts and stuff, and some of us still do, but everyone knows that that kind of thing is just not going to go away.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I don't think adding mods or getting rid of mods will help or change anything.

Oh, trust me, I know that very well. I just think it's nice to see some things change, and I think that a lot of users would see a smaller moderation team as fairer.
