I use the least ammount of resolution on my TV because the most makes it so small it's hard to see but it makes videos look amazing.

And my TV is built for a monitor, it has DVI inputs. Believe me, it looks a lot nicer on my TV than my 19 inch LCD monitor.

My TV also double as a monitor, but I like plenty of detail and actually being able to see the detail. While my TV may have an extra 30 vertical pixels, my eyesight sucks so I wouldn't be able to see it and the refresh rate doesn't compare to my built-in screen.

My TV is perfect for a monitor, no way of showing you.

Plus the refresh rate is faster than normal on a TV and I wouldn't be surprised if it's better than my monitor. Not because my monitor sucks, but because my TV is awesome.
