Does Google have special privileges or something?

Lately I have been seeing a guest with the IP 66.249.72.208 viewing profiles(which isn't possible for guests here.

After a few days of this I've decided to look into it.  I suspected it might be a search engine.

SMF's "Who's Online" feature isn't accurate for guests. You should know that.

But the only IP I've seen it do that on is googlebot.
