I finished the Pyramid Head helment/mask thing but...

Anyone know how I can paint it? It has mailing tape holding it together so I think I'd have to put something over it before doing anything else. Suggestions?

Yes but it seems like you'd put something over the tape and card board because I doubt it'd stay on well to the tape.
