also there are plenty of people in america addicted to marijuana but even more are addicted to tobacco. guess which one is illegal. the legal one is easier to access so all the little kiddies go for it first. if they somehow derive pleasure from that, a few go up to illegal drugs like marijuana which cost more and are harder to obtain but are more pleasureful.

a tax repels others from trying it because they see it as a pain in the ass. most people don't do cocaine and it's not really a coincidence that it's pretty damn expensive. i'm sure if it was as cheap as tobacco there would be plenty more coke addicts.

Some 17 year old rebel with no bills may make $80 a week to support it, but a guy trying to care for his kids and a low paying job will have some trouble. Why do you think young people tend to have nice vehicles as well as retired 60 year old men with no more kids? They tend to have money to toss around and spend it on whatever pleases them.
