Smells Like Teen Spirit? I don't mind the song, but it doesn't annoy me. I've never heard it overly used on radio, and nobody I know ever talks about it, so I can't really say it's overrated.

I think Soulja Boy is, that has to be the most repulsive piece of shit that genre of music has turned up in some time, and it's still the champ of such a title. Uuugggh.

I enjoy a small dose of AC/DC from time to time, and Nirvana is bearable I guess. I can't really think of any good contender for "most overrated" though honestly.

I second AC/DC. They have some albums/songs that warrant their popularity, though I would never consider them one of the "great hard rock bands of all time" or whatever they have been labeled as. They're good, not great.
